Understanding Change, Bereavement & Loss
Change, bereavement, and loss are deeply personal experiences, and there is no right or wrong way to navigate them.
Do you feel overwhelmed, numb, stuck or unsure of yourself? Are you living with loss or change that feels heavy, complicated or hard to navigate?
This could be something that has affected you recently or something you have been carrying from the past that still impacts you today.
I offer a space where you are truly heard and understood, allowing you to explore your feelings at your own pace. My work is led by you. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive relationship where you do not need to have the right words or know where to start. I will not push for solutions or tell you how you should be feeling. Instead, I will walk alongside you as you explore what it means to you and what you need now.

Bereavement Support
Grief is different for everyone. I can support you through both recent and past losses, offering a compassionate space to be heard, reflect, and find your own way forward.

Life Changes
Whether you’re facing pet loss, health changes, job transitions, redundancy, relationship shifts, or other life changes that are impacting you I can support you in processing your emotions and finding your own way through life’s changes.

Long and shorter term sessions
I will work with you to find the right number of sessions to support you best.
