I offer a steady, compassionate presence as you find your way forward. This could be something that has affected you recently or something you have been carrying from the past that still impacts you today.
I offer a space where you are truly heard and understood, allowing you to explore your feelings at your own pace. My work is led by you. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive relationship where you do not need to have the right words or know where to start. I will not push for solutions or tell you how you should be feeling. Instead, I will walk alongside you as you explore what it means to you and what you need now.
