In Person Counselling Sessions

I offer in person counselling sessions in a calm, supportive and confidential environment where you can talk openly at your own pace.

Some people find face-to-face sessions feel more personal and grounding, allowing space to pause, reflect and feel fully heard without distractions.

Sessions at The Wellbeing Space, Long Buckby

I work from The Wellbeing Space, a welcoming and comfortable setting in the heart of Long Buckby, Northamptonshire. The space is designed to help you feel safe and at ease during our sessions together.

The space offers a quiet, private environment where we can explore whatever has brought you to counselling. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, overwhelm or simply feeling stuck, counselling can provide the opportunity to better understand yourself and your experiences.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. Sessions are led by you, without judgement, pressure or expectations, and we work at a pace that feels right for you.

Please note that the rooms are only accessible via two sets of stairs.

Home Visit Counselling Sessions

I also understand that attending counselling sessions outside the home is not always possible. In some circumstances, I can offer home visit sessions for clients who are unable to access other forms of counselling due to health difficulties, mobility issues, caring responsibilities or other significant barriers.

Home visits can offer a more accessible way to receive support while remaining in a familiar environment. Before arranging home sessions, we would discuss your individual circumstances to ensure this is an appropriate and safe option for us both.

I offer sessions within a 10 mile radius of Long Buckby and can visit Northampton, Rugby, Daventry and any of the surrounding villages.

Finding the Right Support

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.

If you would like to find out more about in person counselling sessions, please get in touch and we can talk through what support might feel right for you.
